Twenty7tec has launched a digital marketing platform for mortgage, wealth and protection advisers.

The property tech firm says its COMMUNICATE platform provides a range of lead-generation tools that can be embedded into websites, social media and other inbound communication channels.

It also allows brokers to design and deliver outbound marketing campaigns to existing and prospective customers through email, WhatsApp, SMS, telephone and social media.

The firm adds that the platform initially uses a chatbox powered by artificial intelligence to provide conversational information to someone who engages with the campaign, before directing them to continue the conversation with an adviser later.

Twenty7tec says the new platform was developed by chatbox firm Meet Parker and its founder Freddie Savundra, which it bought in January for an undisclosed sum.

It adds that Meet Parker has now fully integrated into Twenty7tec, and will cease to exist as a brand.

Savundra will continue to work for Twenty7tec, managing and developing the new platform.

Twenty7tec chief executive James Tucker says: “The launch of COMMUNICATE is the culmination of three years of work by Freddie and his team to build the most sophisticated digital marketing platform that the financial advice market has seen.”

Savundra adds: “The biggest challenge I faced when working with advice businesses has been how to drive more inbound leads digitally, while simultaneously increasing client retention.

“Existing solutions were either too complicated to use, or they didn’t provide all of the functionality needed. I founded Meet Parker with the goal of making the most customisable and easy-to-use digital marketing platform in financial services.”
