SimplyBiz Mortgages has promoted Richard Merrett and Phil Daffern to newly created roles.
Merrett, previously head of strategic development, has taken on the role of director of strategic relationships, while former senior key account manager Daffern has been promoted to head of lender relations.
Simplybiz chief executive Martin Reynolds says: “The mortgage market has seen great volatility over the past 12 months, and this means that our members have had to adapt quickly to ensure their clients are appropriately supported.
“At the same time, we, as a club, must continue to develop our proposition to ensure that we offer the right support to our members to enable them to do this effectively.
“Richard and Phil are both passionate about the value of advice and helping our members grow their businesses, and their new roles will enable us to widen our reach and develop our support to members over the coming months. I am delighted at their promotions.”
