Clydesdale Bank has introduced various changes across its residential range including reduced fixed rates and new remortgage deals.
Changes to new customer products include:
New deals have been launched for those looking to remortgage, including a 75% LTV two-year fix at 4.39% with a £1,499 product fee, and a five-year fixed rate option at 3.98%.
The 80% LTV remortgage deal has been reduced by up to 0.19%. These products come with £1,000 cashback and free valuation.
Rates have also been reduced on various product transfers by up to 0.24%, depending on the LTV and type of product.
