The data intelligence firm and open banking platform allows clients to move funds, access financial analysis and carry out wealth checks.

In May, Armalytix was selected by the government-backed MyIdentity scheme as an attribute provider to help create a digital record of identification and source of funds.

Armalytix head of legal & property Tom Lyes says: “We have been working with the biggest and best in the conveyancing space so partnering with the innovative and respected Conveyancing Association was the logical next step.”

The business intends to take part in several Conveyancing Association events this year and will be present at the trade body’s annual conference and dinner at Leonardo St Pauls in London on 7 February.

Conveyancing Association non-executive chair Nicky Heathcote says: “We are very pleased to welcome Armalytix as the Conveyancing Association’s newest affiliate member and are looking forward to working with them, introducing the firm to our members, and seeing them take a full part in the association’s events and next month’s conference.

“Becoming an affiliate member shows the importance stakeholders place upon the conveyancing sector and the central role the Conveyancing Association plays within it, while all our affiliates provide insight and resource which helps us drive our workstreams and objectives.”

The Conveyancing Association’s members include the top 200 solicitors and licensed conveyancers in the country, who collectively conduct around 25% of all property transactions and 70% of all remortgage transactions in England and Wales.
