Stephen Wright takes up the role of national account manager at the specialist lender, where it says he will be “responsible for working closely with the bank’s key strategic partners from across the industry”.

Wright joins from TSB Bank, where he spent eight years in a variety of business development roles.

Tatyana Stefanova joins as Aldermore’s relationship manager for mortgage intermediaries in Scotland.

The bank says Stefanova has specialist property lending experience and “a strong track record of working on unusual and complex cases that require tailored solutions for brokers and their clients”.

Previously, Stefanova worked for RBS, Investec structured products, The Mortgage Lender and LendInvest.

Aldermore head of strategic partnerships and growth Nicola Goldie says: “Tatyana and Stephen are ideal hires for Aldermore, and I have no doubt that they’ll both play a major role in our future success.

“They fit into our property team’s culture exceptionally well and they both bring genuine expertise to their respective roles.”

Stefanova adds: “My career has been built on my passion for property finance. During that time I’ve cultivated a robust understanding of the complexities within our industry.

“I look forward to hitting the ground running and can’t wait to provide bespoke solutions for our Scottish brokers and their clients.”
