Atelier appoint Robertson as lending manager for Scotland

Specialist lender Atelier has appointed Bruce Robertson to spearhead the expansion of its lending to property developers in Scotland.

Bruce, who has more than 30 years of property finance experience, is tasked with delivering Atelier loans to Scottish developers building in the residential, student and care sectors.

An experienced relationship director in the Scottish property market, Bruce has held senior roles at Bank of Scotland and within Lloyds Banking Group.

He has also overseen more than £350m of lending to property developers and investors in Scotland and northern England.

Robertson says: “I am delighted to be joining Atelier’s experienced, professional team to grow its lending to Scotland’s developers.
