Hampshire Trust Bank has appointed Russell Higgins to be the lending manager of its development finance division.
Higgins has over 20 years’ experience in financial services. He joined Hampshire Trust bank in 2018 and was promoted to senior relationship manage in 2021. He has previously worked for the Bank Of Cyprus, National Australia Bank and Allied Irish Bank.
In this new role Higgins will be responsible for generating new development finance business and managing existing customer relationships. He will work closely with Hampshire Trust Bank’s credit risk team and the credit committee.
Higgins says that HTB is continuing to grow its development finance proposition and will continue to play a role in contributing to the growth of the SME housing sector.
