Alternative Bridging Corporation has hired Amir Khan as business development manager for London & South East.
The specialist lender says Khan joins the sales team to work with brokers to find options for their bridging, commercial and development finance cases. He reports to head of sales Phodis Maratheftis.
Khan was previously a bridging & development finance relationship manager at Avamore Capital for just under two years, leaving in February. Before that, he worked for West One Loans as a key account manager for 21 months, leaving in 2021.
He has also held posts at Aldermore and the State Bank of India.
